Organization must submit a letter on its letterhead to Sebastian Clambake Foundation that includes the following:

1. Name of the organization and its mission
   
2. Details of the project for which funding is being requested
   
3. Explanation of how this project will serve our local community
   
4. Amount of funding requested

1. A list of the members of the organization's Board of Directors
   
2. The total budget for the project
   
3. Documentation regarding any organizations that are in partnership with the project
   
4. Other sources of funding already obtained
   
5. One or two letters of support from community leaders or others involved in the project

The Sebastian Clambake Foundation funds new construction or capital improvements only. Requests for funds for programs or maintenance will not be considered.

Eligible projects are those that would occur anywhere between 77th St., near Wabasso, and the North Indian River County line, east of I-95. Additionally, projects located within two miles of this area may be considered when two conditions are met: 1) the sponsoring organization is wholly based within the area, and 2) unique restraints associated with the project require that it be physically located outside the area.
