Vendor & Exhibitor RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Vendors and exhibitors must not divert from setup depicted in application.
  2. No oversized, unmanageable exhibits and you must stay within your 12 X 12 display space, including back stock.
  3. Displays must be manned at all times.
  4. You will be required to make any adjustments to your display space when requested to do so.
  5. Spaces are 12' X 12' and Vendors and exhibitors may set up after 5:00 p.m. Thursday November 7, or early Friday morning.
  6. Be prepared for possible inclement weather and set up your exhibit accordingly.
  7. NO FOOD EXHIBITS.
  8. NO PETS.
  9. NO SOLICITING OUTSIDE BOOTH AREA.
  10. No children left unattended.
  11. Vendors and exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up area used before leaving Sunday evening.
  12. No water, food or beverage will be allowed to be sold OR given away free from your booth.
  13. You will be able to unload and load at your space, but there are no reserved parking spaces behind your display area for those on the perimeter. First come, first park.
  14. No adult oriented merchandise with sexual connotations or merchandise that could be considered drug paraphernalia will be allowed.
  15. Any exhibitor violating any of these rules and regulations will be asked to leave without refund of entry fee.
